Faribault-based Trystar completes its ninth expansion in five years by acquiring Seattle’s Asentria, a leader in remote site monitoring. The deal adds Asentria’s SiteBoss® controller and a unified web dashboard to manage power, environmental, and security systems.
It strengthens Trystar’s position across telecom, data centers, and utilities with earlier alarms and greater power resiliency.

CEO AJ Smith says the cultural fit and combined go-to-market will speed innovation toward becoming the premier custom electrical solutions provider.
