From Kentucky to Minnesota: GE Appliances Distributes $150M in U.S. Supplier Contracts

GE Appliances has awarded more than $150 million in new contracts to U.S.-based suppliers across 10 states, including Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Michigan, Alabama, and California, to support its new washer and washer/dryer manufacturing plant in Louisville, Kentucky. These supplier awards are in addition to the companyโs $490 million laundry expansion and part of a broader $3 billion, five-year strategy to strengthen U.S. manufacturing, reshore production, and create over 1,000 jobs nationwide.
